All signs point to fun, stress-free final Daytona 500 for Danica

When Danica Patrick Jr moved to Motorsport from 2010 to 2012, her crew chief Tony Eri Jr had written a sign that the team would refer to the transporter's lounge which carries the car and other equipment from the track to the track.

Read the sign: "What the West."

The idea is to relax the man, to have fun and to get caught in a drama on a race weekend. When Patrick is serving as the final head of Yuri's final NASCAR race last month, how did he say about the effect of "How to spend 10 days in the West?"

For Patrick, Daytona International Speedway thinks of what West as he can get into racing. In spite of the unpredictable nature of the track, it made Patrick the highest feeling for the end of his NASCAR career with the Daytona 500. She could finish it last November in West Homestead-Miami Speedway, where she participated in her final race with Stewart-Hase Racing.

But he wanted more one shot at a track where he feels he has a good chance to run well. He wanted to find a sponsor to extend his career and not to have a sense of happiness on one.

"It's beautiful there, and Tony is always funny ... [and] a really good, cheerful, happy man that he knows what he's doing," said Patrick.

Patrick said he hopes to have fun on Sunday as the end of his racing career with the 60th Daytona 500 and then Indy Kara Indianapolis 500 May. His pole for the Daytona 500 for 2013 is only the only poll-winning female driver in the history of NASCAR Cup. Patrick is the eighth in that race, the event is the highest finish by a woman of 59 years.

But he failed to finish his debut at the beginning of the Cup competition in the last five Detroit. As part of Daytona races' unpredictable nature, accidents have taken their toll.

"Like any other weekend, a person is walking happily and the others are frustrated," Patrick said. "In fact, at the Super-Speedway weekend in Daytona many times, you're leaving, instead of being frustrated, 'go to bed' does not come close to you or you're not in the ball.

"Of course, the goal is to win - 100 percent. I do not really need a friend so I can take it. + I hope that it was such a thing where they knew there was a great nation and there was so much fun. "

Patrick Premier Motorsports will race with a generally underfunded race group but one that ended in Michael Waltrip's career with an eighth position finish in Daytona 500 and was a surest spot in the competition.

Eri, who ran the model of the bearded model after running, went to the board in the last few weeks for the event. He remembered good days with Patrick when he won a pole for the affinity races in 2012, and in July 2011 he helped to help him in a 10th place finish in the Xfinity race.

"It's basically a non-lag week," Eury said. "He started to start the fun when we started, and how he wants it in his last week ... he thinks where he came from, where there was so much fun, but we were competitive."

Patrick will be at a 14th position on Thursday for determining his eligibility after finishing the 28th Grand Slit from 40 cars in a single car capacity last weekend. The team wants to integrate the primary car for the Sunday Detroit 500 because he is expected to run conservatively in qualifying races. She said it feels like almost like the other when she returned in February after not having a car after November.

Patrick said, "I do not think that I can behave a lot better than this past experience. It does not fully care about anything other than any other time and does not even have fun".

Racing in Daytona usually keeps the vehicle in a big pack. New Aerodynamic Rules This year could break the pack into potential small groups, but most drivers will enter into the race with the prospect of being the fastest pack for the final third of the race.

"You just hope that you are in conflict," said Patrick. "The only way things can be divided is that somehow the end of the race becomes long-term and there is a pit stop and there is a broken-up group.

"All that you can think is that it will be small, but you expect that you are in conflict and that you are there."

In other words, when they need the necessary dice roll - with an eye on the finish.

"This [Daytona 500] is probably one of those simple races which you can ask for it," says Eury to Patrick's choice to finish his NASCAR career. "Something can happen here. You just got to be smart, put yourself in a good position where you will not break it, it's a gambling game for everyone, so you can come out of here, like a rose, or you can turn around and walk around. I'm going to give a good shot. "

Patrick said that Daytona 500 is the perfect place to end his best NASCAR Cup.

"This is the biggest nation of the year," he said. "This is where I made the most news. I've made the most news on Indie 500 on both the Daytona 500 and the carrier.

"It creates a great feeling. I know it starts a season rather than a last, but it's the biggest one of the year, and people have a shot at that one."

Daytona is a happy place?

"Sure," said Patrick. "There is a beach ... and so potential."
